If you have tickets to an event where a decision is "To Be Determined", hang tight as we await more information.
If you have tickets to an event that is marked "Paused/Suspended - Possibly Rescheduled", hang tight as we await more information. If rescheduled, tickets could be transferred to the new event or given credit for a future event.
If you have tickets to an event that has been "Canceled", or to an event which will occur "Without Fans/Audience", you will be contacted by the organization on potential account credits/refunds.
If you have tickets to an event that is "Currently As Planned" and would like to request a refund, please email email@example.com and include your Order ID along with the reason for the request. We will respond as fast as we can.
